‘Even longstanding and mature cluster programmes experience challenges and dilemmas as the clusters and the policies develop over time.’ according to Merete Daniel Nielsen, Director for Cluster Excellence Denmark and President for TCI Network. In the framework of the Horizon 2020 – Innosup-05 project “CLIP – Cluster Innovation Programme” three partners – ACCIÓ Catalonia, Ecoplus Lower Austria and Cluster Excellence Denmark met online to share experiences and key learnings gathered over the years.
